1st Haircut in the States

I took Lauren to get a bang trim the other day. Her bangs were getting long. I was toying with the idea of letting them grow out. She has such a beautiful face that I love to see it. She also has baby bangs still growing in underneath so I opted for a little trim in hopes that the new bangs will catch up eventually. Here is a few before shots.

The 1st hair cut in the US.

Ta Da...All cleaned up and ready to go. She is such a cutie pie!

Jake hopped into the seat after Lauren and got himself a haircut
Style'n with the blue hair.

Snow fun

Lauren finally got to go out and play in the snow. They boys showed her the ropes and she had a ball.

Snowmen by Josh and Matt. Josh's is wearing blue and Matt's s wearing red.

Caught in the act

I tell ya this girl of mine is a climber. The other day I walked Jake's friend to the door and talked with the mom for a few minutes. I left Lauren in her highchair eating peas. She loves them. I thought I had left her with plenty to keep her occupied for a few minutes. Nope. She finished most of what was on the tray. Saw the container on the island and wiggled herself free and up onto the counter. Lauren realizing she was caught
Trying to make a fast get away

After I recovered from the shock (yes my heart stopped for a second there) I was able to get to the camera and capture it all on film.

We celebrated Lauren's birthday with a few friends. My friend Michelle hosted a fun little party for our girl. She was very happy to get another Big Cupcake cake:)

On the move

Lauren is now a full fledged walker! She toddles all about the house and is really enjoying her new shopping card. She is a mover. Thank you to my Nana for the really cute sweater she knit. She looks so cute in it with jeans.
Lauren is also into climbing. Holy cow she is into everything. She climbed up into the dishwasher and wanted to help. She climbed out of her high chair last night and this morning, and got herself onto the kitchen island. Bummer. The high chair was the one place I thought I could put her and not worry what she got in to.
*Outfit disclaimer* She is wearing her spaghetti clothes aka older brothers clothes that can get totally ruined and no one cares...pants were too full of spaghetti to wear anymore.
